A "qualified" professional is defined as one with the necessary credentials, registered with the relevant governing body, and holding valid licenses to practice within your region. You accept full responsibility for any failure to obtain a valid prescription, and we are not liable for any resulting consequences.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 21 years old and possess a valid prescription issued within the last six months.

  • Are ordering contact lenses from micacon.my based on a valid prescription from your Optometrist or Eye Doctor.

  • If a prescription is needed, you will schedule an appointment or consult an Optometrist at B.eyesland before proceeding with your purchase.

  • Accept full responsibility for your contact lenses and overall eye health.

  • Have been properly instructed on the use and care of contact lenses and have reordered without prior issues or complications.

  • Have undergone an eye examination within the last six months, confirming no complications related to your contact lenses or contact lens solutions.

  • Will remove the contact lenses immediately and seek medical attention if experiencing discomfort, redness, blurred vision, double vision, halos, sensitivity to light, pain, discharge, or any other abnormal symptoms.

By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions as outlined on our website and invoices.

Ordering & Confirmation Process

When selecting a product, you will be shown the price along with any associated charges, including taxes and delivery fees. Full payment is required at the time of ordering via credit or debit card, Razor, Molpay, PayPal, WeChat, or any other accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to decline certain payment forms at our discretion.

Your order remains a valid offer until we issue an official Confirmation of Order. An email acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline an order due to supply issues or other reasons. If we reject an order or you cancel before acceptance, any payments made will be refunded. Orders are only confirmed once a "Your order has been shipped" notification is sent.

Product and Pricing Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all product details, specifications, branding, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, prices may change before an order is accepted. Inventory and Delivery

We maintain a full inventory of major contact lens brands. Orders for standard lenses (sphere/power below -6.00) typically ship within 24 hours. Orders for specialized lenses (power above -6.00, astigmatism, additional power, or unique base curve) may take 7 to 14 working days. Orders placed during peak holiday periods or on weekends/public holidays may experience delays. Color contact lenses are generally in stock, but unique colors may take 3 to 7 working days for dispatch.

Disclaimer

Micacon is not liable for any issues arising from the misuse or mishandling of ordered contact lenses. If your package appears tampered with upon delivery, do not use the lenses and notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will void any replacement claims.

If you experience persistent symptoms or adverse reactions, consult a registered medical practitioner or optometrist. We assume no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or fatality resulting from the use or misuse of the products. You acknowledge full responsibility for your actions under these circumstances.
