How to put in contact lenses
Putting in contact lenses may take some time to get used to, you may also give yourself more time in the morning as you are starting out on this journey.
➊ Wash and dry your hands before handling your contact lenses.
➋ Check if the contact lens is inside out by placing it on the tip of your finger and hold it up to the light. If the edges flare out, it's inside out.
➌ After placing the contact lens on your right index finger, use your left middle finger to gently hold your upper eyelid and and carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your right middle finger.
➍ Look straight ahead as you insert it onto your eye and slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment to allow the lens to settle.

How to remove contact lenses
Always remember to remove your contact lenses before you go to sleep, this prevents any irritation to the eyes and ensure your contact lenses can be used for a longer time period!
➊ Wash and dry your hands before touching your eye.
➋ Lift your upper eyelid with your left middle finger and pull your lower eyelid with your right middle finger.
➌ Slide the lens down to the lower white part/corners of your eye.
➍ Gently squeeze the lens between your thumb and index finger and remove it. Repeat for your left lens.
